Mulled wine may be traditional at Christmas, but we reckon “Mulling Season” starts at the beginning of October - the second we see even a glimpse of the leaves turning, we’re on it! What could be better as the nights draw in than hot, spiced wine?

With cinnamon, nutmeg and elderberry juice, this rich non-alcoholic syrup makes delicious mulled wine in minutes. Infused with festive spices, the sugar dissolves leaving a wonderfully warming, smooth drink with no residue or powdery aftertaste.

Just mix 1 part syrup with 8 parts wine, (adding more or less to taste), gently heat until your whole kitchen smells glorious and let the party begin!

Ingredients: Sugar, water, spice blend (cinnamon, allspice, clove, nutmeg, coriander), elderberry concentrate, citric acid.
