Shipping

To make sure that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible, we use UPS for all deliveries.

• Orders placed by 5pm will be collected by UPS the following working day.

• Orders will be with you in 3-5 working days, allowing for delays at peak times.

• UPS tracking is available on all orders.

• Click + Collect is also available for those who wish to pick their purchases up from the shop. Just choose this option during checkout.

• Shipping costs: orders weighing under 5 kilos - £3.75, orders over 5 kilos - £4.99.

• We do not currently ship outside of the UK, but if you have a specific request, please get in touch with us at hello@merryandbright.co

Returns + Refunds

We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make from Merry + Bright. In addition to your statutory rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Return your items to us, unused with any labels attached, along with your receipt within 60 days of purchase and we’ll offer you an exchange, refund or credit note.

If you change your mind, you’re responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us - if you can’t drop in, we recommend retaining proof of postage when you send it back to us. The only exception is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error, in which case we’ll cover the postage.
